Offers online information, resources and publications on a variety of mental health and addiction topics. Topic areas include: mental health in the workplace; managing depression; coping with suicidal thoughts; and women living with depression during pregnancy and after delivery.
Emotional Well-being Support Groups
Provides an online listing of support groups available in BC for individuals who have emotional challenges such as excessive anger, resentment, depression, grief, anxiety, and compulsive behaviours. Groups are offered online, by phone or in-person.
Mindful Self-Compassion
Offers a free online course to help people get past insecurity and develop more compassion and kindness to increase their overall peace and joy. In the group sessions, participants learn how to overcome perfectionism, reduce anxiety and depression, improve relationships, and learn how to handle difficult emotions easier.
Mental Health Information and Resources
Provides online information about mood disorders and other mental illnesses to inform you about your own or a loved one's illness. Topic areas include finding help, research, depression, peer and trauma support, recovery stories, workplace mental health, and medication.
Support Groups
Offers group support for women experiencing postpartum distress, depression or anxiety. In-person groups may also be available in the Greater Vancouver area.
Support groups are led by trained facilitators and provide a safe place for women to connect with others in a similar situation and receive valuable information and emotional support.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Skills Groups
Offers group medical visits for older youth and adults experiencing stress, anxiety and or mild to moderate depression. The groups teach practical tools to recognize, understand and manage patterns of feeling, thinking, and behaving aimed at improving mental health and wellbeing.
Designed by psychiatrists and taught by doctors, the course uses neuroscience, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioural therapy skills and concepts. Groups are offered virtually using Zoom.
YouthTalk Counselling
Provides confidential email counselling, information and referral for youth and young adults by a professional counsellor. In-person counselling sessions are also offered when needed.
Areas of support include anger management, alcohol and drug use, relationships, family and or school challenges, bullying, and depression.

Kelty's Key Online Therapy
Provides free, online cognitive behavioral therapy for adults with mental health and behavioural health concerns such as anxiety, depression, panic, overcoming addiction, and insomnia.
Online therapy is accessed through the website and is broken down into modules that address different topics. Users can access the modules at their leisure and are free to stop at any time. Provided in partnership with Vancouver Coastal Health.
Counselling Services
Provides low-cost individual, couple and family counselling by registered clinical counsellors or Masters level intern-counsellors training to become registered clinical counsellors. Topic areas include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, work-related concerns, conflict resolution, relationship and parenting concerns. Services available in-person or virtual sessions including telephone and video.

BounceBack: Reclaim Your Health
Teaches effective skills to help youth and adults overcome symptoms of mild to moderate depression or anxiety, and improve their mental health. Participants can learn skills to help with unhelpful thinking, manage worry and anxiety, and become more active and assertive.
A self-guided online program with access to video modules and worksheets is available. The program also offers coaching sessions delivered by phone or video.
